We have just learned of the arrest of General Okal (an eminent personality) of Mabla and third personality of the sultanate of Rahaita. He has been detained by the national gendarmerie this evening in the district of Obock/Djibouti, although we are not aware of where he has been kept.

The Republican Alliance for Development ARD strongly condemns the arbitrary arrest and demands immediate and unconditional release of this eminent personality of the Migliss.
