Illegal detentions
Dilleyta Tourab released after 17 days of illegal detention. Dileyta is a Djiboutian activist known for his attachment to culture, was arrested October 16th 2022, the day before the enthronement of the 34th Sultan of Tadjourah, Dardar Ahmed, of whom he is a supporter.
