Who is the terrorist: the FRUD or the Djiboutian dictatorship?

Following the FRUD counterattack and the humiliation of the Djiboutian army (see our previous news on October 08,2022) , Guelleh declared FRUD a terrorist organization and anyone associated with it a part of the terrorist organization. The law was passed illegally under pressure from the dictator IOG.
