EXCHANGE OF PRISONERS PROPOSED BY FRUD

On November 17 (see our previous article of November 17, 2022, the armed political party FRUD in their press release https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=438094075163265&set=pcb.438094198496586proposed exchanging all six prisoners of the Djiboutian armed forces for humanitarian reasons.

The FRUD filmed the Djiboutian soldiers’ prisoners according to these “proofs of life” posted online by the FRUD. Djiboutian prisoners claim to be well-treated while wearing civilian clothing. As a condition, this release must be contingent on the “prior and unconditional” out of “the civilian arrested” after the Garabtissan attack, as well as other “political prisoners like the pilot FOUAD YOUSSOUF ALI, activists BARKAT ABDOULWAHAB ALI OUDOUM, HOUSSEIN MOKBEL and former minister of the budget ABDOULKARIM ADEN CHER.
