Residents of Buldhuqo, a poor quarter in Djibouti-ville, the capital of Djibouti, are suffering from a diarrhea epidemic due to the shutdown of the Doraleh desalination plant. Several water-delivery companies with trucks equipped with cisterns delivered water for consumption. Reports suggest dozens of people were affected, including children.  09-21-2022
